The company CEO is Dr. Holger Morbitzer, the founder of HMO Management Consult. Herr Morbitzer studied electrical engineering and was awarded his PhD for his thesis on non-destructive material testing. Over the past 15 years he has been engaged in various functions: as development engineer responsible for the future communications systems of a global operating electronics group, as head of the Business Unit Telecommunications and Multimedia, as member of the management board of a business consultancy and as managing partner of a telecommunications company in the B-to-B sector. During his career, Herr Morbitzer has developed numerous business concepts, many of which have been successfully implemented.
